From our family to your spoon

It started with a café, a secret recipe and a lot of clean plates.

Back in 1992, Pappagallo Caffe in North Burnaby became a neighbourhood gathering place. We made thousands of cheesecakes, shared plenty of laughs and learned one very important lesson: people will always find room for dessert.

Years later, we brought the original recipe back in a jar. Same rich, creamy layers, now easier to enjoy anywhere. No slicing, no plate required and, best of all, no need to negotiate who gets the last piece.

The jar is new. The secret recipe is not.
